Since its inception, ECO Consult has expanded its network of partners to include financing institutions, donor agencies, private sector, public sector, community organizations, and its countries of implementation to include Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Morocco, Zambia, Ethiopia.

1995  ECO Consult became one of the first companies in Jordan to manage environmental and natural resources through its multi-sectoral programs.

1997  ECO Consult initiated a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded project creating a water master plan, tariff model, and policy for the Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation.

1999  ECO Consult continued to collaborate with USAID on its development strategy by supporting the long-term efforts of the fiscal reform and procedure restructuring in the water industry.

2000  ECO Consult played a key role in Jordan's economic reform and trade development by modifying and reshaping the Aqaba Special Economic Zone in all social, financial, and economic aspects.

2002  ECO Consult launched community development projects in order to generate employment possibilities, promote community resilience, and establish connections with the economic systems.

2012  ECO Consult became an accredited consulting company directly contracted by different International financing institutions to provide environmental, health, safety, and social support in Jordan and the MENA region.

2012  ECO Consult was at the forefront in providing key consulting services for renewable energy projects in Jordan such as pre-development studies, permitting and licensing, supervision, auditing, and others.

2013  ECO Consult marked the beginning of its energy efficiency experience by implementing  Energy Sector Capacity Building Program (ESCB), a large program funded by USAID, representing the company’s first major contribution to the energy sector in Jordan.

2018  The company expanded its work on renewable energy projects covering the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.

2020  ECO Consult established its first branch in Iraq with the aim of sharing its expertise with neighboring countries while providing solutions tailored to the local context.  initiating two landmark programs that aim to develop the horticulture sector in Iraq and strengthen national system capacities in efficient and sustainable horticulture farming.

2021  The company responded to the fast-growing smart agriculture market by establishing WeAgri (Jordan Agriculture Center), which advances agriculture through open innovation.
