Our Team

Lana Daoud is the Director of Finance and Operations at ECO Consult. She started her career as an auditor for Saba & Co. - Deloitte & Touche Middle East. After completing her master’s degree in business management with a marketing specialty and substantial executive credentials in financial and project management, Lana has created an executive-focused management style, serving multiple clients and organizations.

Lana has implemented and managed accounting, procurement, administration, human resources, recruitment, business and contractual operations and procedures, donor audits, regulatory audits and tax management for ECO and several donor programs.

Lana has extensive experience in budget planning, financial monitoring and tracking, procurement and tendering procedures and guidelines, and contract structure and conditions in projects with large development partners and international organizations such as USAID, EBRD and the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has represented ECO Consult in external audits for donor agencies, regulatory institutions, and ISO Quality Management Systems among other professional classifications.

Lana has been largely involved in the supervision and formation of strategic plans to meet organizational objectives. Her active role within the management team has been key in terms of developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SWOT Analyses, defining mission and vision, identifying the company’s objectives and priorities, assessing internal resources, in addition to the selection of valuable strategies- all of which are vital to the success of ECO Consult.

Lana has technical expertise working on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) projects with the public sector in Jordan, including process mapping and assessment, processes reform, financial, operational accounting and reporting system implementation, and end-user training.
