Our Director

As the CEO and Founder of our organization, Ra’ed has focused on innovation in management and technologies for advancing resource utilization in an efficient manner, expansion of public sector reforms, improving utility management, in addition to the building of partnerships among businesses, communities and governments. Hence, he has played a crucial role in various development programs designed to introduce and advance sustainability approaches throughout Jordan for several practices among which are water and energy saving, and expanding efficient farming systems.Ra’ed has acquired massive experience of over 25 years, having worked with different international agencies including USAID, EU, WB, EBRD, IRC, AFD and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands., demonstrating high competency in several development approaches, management requirements and reporting. In addition to Jordan, he has worked in several countries throughout the MENA Region including Oman, the UAE, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt and Morocco. To complement his wealth of experience, he has earned a Master Degree in Water Resource Management from the University of Birmingham in the UK, along with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan.
