Our Team

With a proven track record in program development, project management and engagement with international agencies, NGOs and civil society organizations, Lina has over 15 years of experience across a wide range of sectors with a proven ability to combine strategic planning and project management.

She has demonstrated practical experience in team leadership, with a focus on organizational goals, visions, and partnerships. Lina is one of ECO Consult’s key project managers, and she is leading the Jordan Hydroponics Agriculture and Employment Development Project, which aims to help shape the horticulture sector in Jordan by contributing to policy insights, advancing best practices in agriculture through water smart technologies, while countering climate change, and engaging with various actors.

Before joining ECO Consult, Lina worked at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Amman in different capacities, including structuring the development and humanitarian program at the wake of the Syria crisis to support Jordan in coping with emerging needs, advancing the human rights portfolio and working closely with activists in the country to push for the adoption of rights-based legislation.
