Under this six-year USAID-funded project, ECO Consult was commissioned by DAI to re-engineer the financial business processes and implement Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Applications at several sites at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI) and the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ).

Additionally, ECO was involved in reforming MWI’s and WAJ’s financial systems by transforming their accounting practices from cash-based to accrual-based, and implementing an Oracle Financial Accounting System that reflected this and automated many of their processes.
