ECO Consult was hired by STS to work on the business process reengineering for the Department of Borders and Residency (DoBR) within the Ministry of Interior in Jordan, where the objective was to improve its processes for issuing residency permits and visas.

ECO Consult worked on developing and implementing cross-governmental (interagency) e-services that integrated DoBR with the Ministry of Interior, the General Intelligence Department, Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health. This was followed by preparing a training needs assessment, and training planning and delivery in different aspects including soft skills, change management and internal communications.
