Project Description: 

The main objective of this project was to assist the Executive Privatization Commission (EPC) and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in completing the successful procurement for the Truck Weigh Bridges and Axle Load Management Project through a PPP arrangement.

Services Provided:

The project consisted of the transaction structuring, whereby ECO Consult reviewed the various options with respect to the public private partnership that was concluded in a previously conducted feasibility study, taking into consideration the views of the various stakeholders, mainly the EPC and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

ECO Consult completed necessary updates on the financial analysis and technical information along with the rationale and details on the best-suited PPP option along with the recommended structure.
