The Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) contracted Bearing Point to provide advisory services. ECO Consult was subcontracted by Bearing Point through the course of this program to lead several assignments related to strategies and operations, planning, and implementation of projects.

We provided support and advisory to ADC’s Business Plan and management, projects’ financial advisory, Supply chain cost analysis, audit of Satellite Logistics Infrastructure and Operations of Aqaba Container Terminal (ACT) to Identify bottlenecks and provide best industry solutions including an Economic Impact Assessment for Aqaba Main Port relocation, and Port Competitiveness Assessment
